Bruce Campbell is an adjunct professor at York University's faculty of environmental studies, senior fellow at Ryerson University's Centre for Free Expression, and former executive director of the Canadian Centre for Policy Alternatives. His book The Lac-Mégantic Rail Disaster: Public Betrayal, Justice Denied, was published in 2018; the French version in 2019. He is also an adviser to the Office of the Auditor General of Canada, which is currently conducting an audit of rail safety.
