Shaughn McArthur is the policy and influence lead at CARE Canada. He also sits on the board of directors of the Climate Action Network of Canada, and the Steering Committee of the Canadian Coalition on Climate Change and Development (C4D). A former staffer at the Senate of Canada, Shaughn is best known for his efforts to anchor human rights provisions within Canadian and international climate change, refugee and humanitarian policy.
