Boris Proulx is a political reporter on Parliament Hill, in Ottawa. He covered provincial and federal politics for various Quebec media, notably Radio-Canada, Le Devoir and Le Journal de Montreal before freelancing for the National Observer. He has recently worked abroad on a podcast about the independence movement in Catalonia and Spain.
