Charly Cox is an award-winning climate change coach and author of the first book on the subject (Climate Change Coaching: The power of connection to create climate action, Open University Press 2022). She is co-founder of Climate Change Coaches Ltd., putting coaching into the hands of climate leaders. Climate Change Coaches works with organizations that have set ambitious climate goals, helping to implement them by galvanizing teams and supporting key leaders. Clients have included NatWest, AXA XL and C40 cities. Charly has a background in the creative sector and lived for seven years in West Africa, where she built a communications start-up serving various members of the United Nations and multinational international development agencies. She lives in Oxford, U.K., with her husband, two young daughters and one aging dog.
