Gary Symons is a veteran journalist, formerly working with Thomson News and CBC News as a crime and investigative reporter, and as the bureau reporter at CBC Kelowna, where he covered dozens of major wildfires.
Symons is currently editor in chief at the US business publication The Licensing Letter, and is the author of the climate change sci fi thriller Burning Earth: Climate Wars. He currently lives on Gabriola Island in British Columbia.
