About Joanna Kerr
Joanna Kerr is the President of Tides Canada - a national charity enabling community-led transformation to secure a healthy environment, in ways that promote social equity and economic prosperity. She was the Executive Director of Greenpeace Canada, part of a global network working to stop climate change, save the environment, protect precious biodiversity and advance Indigenous rights. A lifelong feminist and activist, Joanna previously served as the first female Chief Executive of ActionAid International, a global federation based in South Africa working with over 15 million people in 45 countries for a world free from poverty and injustice.
