About Julia Dzgoeva
Julia Dzgoeva is completing her degree in environmental science and resource management at Simon Fraser University on the unceded ancestral lands of the Tsleil-Waututh, Squamish, and Musqueam peoples. Previously, Dzgoeva worked as a federal policy analyst at Environment and Climate Change Canada and Crown-Indigenous Relations and Northern Affairs Canada. Her studies, work experience, and personal interests lay largely in the field of political ecology.
