About Stephen Cook
Stephen Cook is a Master of Journalism student at Carleton University. He was the recipient of the 2018 Bill McWhinney Award for his Master's Research Project on tourism development in former conflict areas of Sri Lanka. Stephen previously completed an M.A. in English Literature at the University of British Columbia in 2016. His thesis, for which he received a scholarship from the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council, analyzed the narratives of urbanity in several Batman comic series.
